We use CallTrackingMetrics for call tracking. Each Owner has a separate CTM account and can log in and review tracked calls at any time. Office Staff can also have access with unlimited users access. On the CTM platform you can listen to the phone calls, see where the call is coming from (print, Google ads, etc.).
You may see tracking numbers on your website. This is CTM in action. The phone number has swapped out with the tracking number in order to see where the potential customer is clicking from. Rest assured, a very few may notice the different number. With multiple business phone numbers, and the technology advancements of phones, this isn't much of a problem as one may think.
The cost uses a pre-pay model that refreshes the balance once a minimum threshold is hit ($15).
Owners are responsible for paying usage. Pricing is as follows:
$1.25 per local tracking phone number per month
$0.35 per minute tracked
To start an account you will fund $100 for future usage and so we can purchase the numbers and get you setup. We negotiated & invested NAF dollars upfront on your behalf to have significant discounts on number prices, the market rates are around double at $2.50 per month per local number. We will send you access to your account and a link to securely insert your credit card to the platform.
