All billing is retroactive. If services end on December 31st, your last bill will be on your January invoice.
TMS Core fees are $305/mo with a $600 setup fee
TMS PPC fees are based upon spend and is $100/mo or 20% of spend (per service), whichever is greater.
TMS requires a 30 day notice for cancellation. The cancellation process requires us to place the downgrade work into a queue and perform downgrade-oriented tasks. If you downgrade during March at any time, the service is not pro-rated and you will receive your final bill on your April invoice.
All paid ad landing pages created as part of any TMS service are wholly owned by TMS and included as part of the service. When you terminate PPC, the landing pages will be removed (this is industry standard, as the landing pages are part of the service).
TMS management fees are not reduced to account for Google Local Services refunds.
Paid ads will be run during the business hours noted on your Google Business profile. If you need your office hours changed, please open a ticket in Helpdesk. TMS cannot adjust business and ad running hours until a ticket to Helpdesk is submitted.
We are happy to pause & restart paid PPC and social as needed, but any accounts paused beyond 45 days will be fully downgraded and will be subject to a restart setup fee of $150.
TMS will only provide read-only access to outside vendors while we are managing accounts. Please note that if any vendors are added as admins, we will immediately stop your services. This is done to protect you and your campaign performance.
When requesting to stop PPC services, TMS will provide you with a final date of service.
On the final service date, TMS will pause your campaigns, unpublish your paid ads landing pages, and let you know when this is completed so that you may turn your account over to a new agency. Only after this is done will we add additional admins. If outside vendors are added as admins, we will immediately pause any TMS manages paid ads campaigns to prevent conflicting campaign activities.
TMS will use Cloud as the source of information for your office name, address, cities serviced, and office phone number. Please verify that all information in Salesforce is up to date. You can verify your information in the My Office(s) tab in Cloud.
If you'd like to create a 2nd location for one territory, please see the operations intranet and submit the office location approval form. We cannot sign a new office up for services until they are brand approved.
The above also applies to any name changes - both Google Business Profile name changes & internal name changes.
The average SEO setup timeline for a new office is 2-3 weeks, and this assumes that we recieve timely communications & forms from you. The first month of service is focused on setup.
When signing up, your service will start on the 1st of the following month. If you'd like an exception, please reach out to the TMS team.
While engaging with TMS, you agree to not change, update, or modify any element of your Google Business Profile except for photos and videos. All informational/SEO changes must be made through TMS for proper tracking.
SEO Services will not be prorated.
Stopping CORE SEO services requires a 30 day notice.
When stopping services, TMS will provide you with a final service date of the last day of the month.
